Returns and Exchanges
Returns
- No returns offered on all our products. If product has arrived damaged, please take a picture and contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you accordingly.
Exchanges
- If you are unhappy with the product, we provide exchanges. Customer is liable for shipping charges and the product until it has been delivered to our location.
Appointments
We offer free 30 minute consultations via WhatsApp should you like to see our selection of jewellery and require assistance with the selection.
